Wholesale Frequently Asked Questions

1.1 These ROUTEA Wholesale Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by ROUTEA to wholesale customers. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2.1 Buyers must provide a Employer Identification Number by filling out our Wholesale inquiry form here before placing the wholesale order. 

2.2 The Seller reserves the right to approve or reject any wholesale application at its discretion.

3.1 All orders must meet the minimum order quantity value of $100, no item restrictions apply. 

3.2 Orders can be placed through the website form via link once approved.

3.3 Once an order is placed, the Buyer will receive an order confirmation receipt via email.

3.4 Order will be processed 2-3 business days after it’s placed, not including delivery times.

3.5 Buyer will receive the delivery tracking number once the order is shipped.

4.1 Prices are quoted in USD $ and are subject to change without notice. 

4.2 All prices are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling charges unless otherwise stated. 

4.3 The Seller will provide the Buyer with a wholesale price list upon request.

5.1 Payment is due at the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

5.2 Accepted payment methods include Paypal, credit card, and debit card.

6.1 The Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified. 

6.2 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. The Seller is not liable for shipping and delivery delays, contact shipping companies for questions. 

6.3 Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon shipment of the Products.

6.4 For Seattle Businesses and the surrounding area within 12 miles of Seattle, Buyer will be exempt from the delivery fee.

7.1 The Buyer must inspect the Products upon receipt and notify the Seller of any discrepancies within 7 days. 

7.2 If the Buyer fails to inspect and notify within the specified period, the Products are deemed accepted.

8.1 Returns are only accepted for defective Products or incorrect shipments. 

8.2 The Buyer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from the Seller before returning any Products. 

8.3 Returned Products must be in their original packaging and condition. 

8.4 Refunds or replacements will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned Products.

9.1 The Seller warrants that the Products will conform to the specifications provided. 

9.2 The Seller makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10.1 The Seller's liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products. 

10.2 The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the sale or use of the Products.

11.1 Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the transaction confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

12.1 The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Buyer will be notified of any changes, which will apply to all orders placed after the notification.

13.1 The Seller is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, war, and strikes.

14.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Seller and the Buyer and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
